The Dahua HAC-HDW1200CLQ-IL-A is a 2MP Smart Dual Light HDCVI Quick-to-install Eyeball Camera designed for versatile indoor and outdoor surveillance. It captures crisp 1080p high-definition video over coaxial cabling, providing an accessible upgrade route for existing analog infrastructure without requiring complex re-cabling.

How does Smart Dual Light technology work on this model?

Equipped with Dahua's innovative Smart Dual Light mechanism, the camera uses Infrared (IR) illumination by default in low-light conditions. When a target enters the monitored area, the camera automatically switches to warm LED light to record full-color, detailed video events. Once the target leaves, it seamlessly transitions back to IR mode to reduce light pollution. Both IR and warm light illumination reach up to 20 meters.

Does it support audio recording and flexible installation?

Yes, this model features a built-in microphone that transmits high-quality audio over coaxial cable along with the video stream, enhancing overall evidence gathering. Its Quick-to-install structure significantly speeds up mounting time compared to traditional eyeball designs, while IP67 weather resistance ensures reliable operation in demanding environments.

Is it compatible with different DVR formats?

The camera supports multi-format video output including HDCVI, TVI, AHD, and CVBS. Operators can switch between modes via the OSD menu or controller, making it compatible with a wide range of existing digital video recorders (DVRs).
